VOLUNTEER

Fostering Connections is all about building a solid and reliable team of volunteers.  Volunteers are needed in many ways from serving at event held throughout the year, to working on tasks that are more behind the scenes.  We are also looking for people with any skills or services they would be willing to give that would help us in our mission of supporting and serving the foster children, as well as the foster families of our great community.  Some examples of helpful services are: Photographers to donate time taking family pictures, hair stylists to donate their services to children and families, and any kind of beauty/spa service, and entertainment services (balloon artists, face painting, etc.)

DONATE

Fostering Connections relies on the financial support of individuals like you to continue our mission of providing resources to foster children and families.  While it is true foster families are reimbursed by the state, the funds come nowhere close to cover all the expenses required to raise a foster child in their home.  It’s common for foster families to feel financially unable or have to watch the children in their care go without things.  Our goal is to have a fund for these types of needs.
